To use the Exchange connector, you need to have the following:

• An Exchange account

• A valid user name

• A valid password

The Exchange connector communicates through the IIS's EWS application. You should therefore make sure that the EWS application is enabled in the IIS by your system administrator.

In addition, you should also make sure that the service URL is accessible on the machine where your Exchange server resides. You can check this using the following URL format:

https://<server name or IP>/EWS/exchange.asmx

This URL leads to the Services.wsdl page. However, prior to this, a window may open where you need to enter your user name and password, depending on whether this is your first log in and on the server’s configuration. Once the Services.wsdl page is accessible, you will be able to use the Exchange connector.
