Data Mapper Utility - How to (Magic xpi 4.6)

To begin using the Data Mapper utility:

  1. Drag the Data Mapper utility from the Toolbox pane into a flow.

Note:

The Data Mapper utility can also be accessed when configuring flow components with the XML interface.

  1. In the Properties pane, enter the Configuration Details.

  1. Double-click or right-click on the Data Mapper utility and select Configuration from the context menu to open the Data Mapper window.

  2. From the Toolbox's Mapper Schemas section, drag your required Source type into the Data Mapper window's Source Tree area.

  3. Park on the Source.

  4. In the Properties pane, set the properties for the Source.

  5. Repeat steps 4-6 to define additional Sources. You can define up to 99 Sources.

  6. From the Toolbox's Mapper Schemas section, drag your required Destination type into the Data Mapper window's Destination Tree area.

  7. Park on the Destination.

  8. In the Properties pane, set the properties for the Destination.

  9. Repeat steps 8-10 to define additional Destinations. You can define up to 99 Destinations.

  10. To delete any of the entries, right-click on the entry that you want to delete and select Delete from the context menu.
